During an initial telephone enquiry, we can provide a guide to what level of service you may require. For a regular cleaning service, we prefer to book a home visit to discuss your individual needs so that we can tailor make our service to fit in with your needs.
The home visit, which is carried out at a time that suits you, means that from the outset, the service we provide is the service most suited to your needs.
We are a family run cleaning company and all staff are highly trained and crb checked and insured.
The cleaner you meet from day one will be your cleaner each visit unlike some larger cleaning companys where its a different cleaner each time, we like our cleaners to build a good trusting relationship with our clients.
A Regular Weekly Clean consists of 3 hours basic cleaning carried out by a staff member.
During that time they will :-
1, Dust and polish throughout.
2, Hoover carpeted areas.
3, Wash vinyl floors.
4, Surface clean the kitchen., and any utility areas.
5. Clean bathroom & toilets
6, Any time left would be taken up by cleaning gloss paintwork, and / or cleaning inside windows. Any individual requests within reason can be undertaken, ie oven cleans are not included, they are quoted seperately.
All equipment and cleaning materials, (which are everyday household products) are supplied by us, unless there is a particular product you require us to use then we request you to supply that product
Our hourly rate for domestic cleaning in the DL14 and surrounding villages is £9.00 hour
For a Spring Clean we need to visit the premisses, work out a price and then prepare a written quotation. Whilst most tasks can be undertaken a general specification is :-
1, Clean all internal windows, including secondary glazing (where fitted) and frames,
2, Clean all gloss paintwork, including window frames, doors and frames, Skirting boards and picture / dado rails,
3, Dust and polish throughout,
4, Hoover all carpeted areas and soft furnishings,
5, Clean kitchen, including all tiled areas, units, work surfaces and exterior of ovens, fridges and freezers,
6, Clean utility rooms,
7, Clean Bathroom/s including descaling porcelain and any shower screens where necassary,
8, Clean toilets, including descaling porcelain where necassary,
9, Hoover and treat all vinyl, woodblock and stone flooring
10, ON REQUEST clean external windows, ovens, fridges, freezers and inside kitchen units, shampoo carpets.
To achieve this the furniture that can be moved easily by two people will be moved.
